What we built
A custom academy ops system built around their rules, including:
- Attendance tracking designed around their classes and workflows

Eligibility logic (example rules they use):
- ~80% attendance + 40 sessions → eligible to spar
- 32 sparring sessions → eligible to represent the gym in competitions
- Student profiles so parents can check participation and progress without messaging staff
- Operational insights to support coach decisions (who is ready, who is lagging, what's next)
After
- Eligibility gates became consistent and enforceable
- Parents could self-serve progress visibility
- Staff stopped losing time to manual verification and repeat questions
- The academy gained a system that matches how they actually run training
