Kombat Labs provides custom software development, operational automation, and digital marketing (SEO) services tailored for martial arts academies. The specific scope of work is defined in your individual Service Agreement.

3. User Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for system setup.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your administrative credentials.
  • Use the software in compliance with all local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure you have the necessary rights to use any content provided for SEO purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP: Kombat Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in our proprietary software, codebases, and methodologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the systems during the term of your agreement.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all student data, branding assets, and specific business information processed by our systems.

5. Payments and Fees

Fees for our services are billed according to your selected plan or custom quote. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your Service Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kombat Labs provides tools to help grow and manage your business. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including business interruptions or loss of profit.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the services according to the notice period specified in your Service Agreement. Upon termination, your access to the systems will be revoked, and you will have a specific period to export your data.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website.
